BBPPMPV Bispar dan Disdik Kota Depok Bersinergi dalam Mendorong Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka

BBPPMPV Bisnis dan Pariwisata bekerjasama dengan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok, melakukan audiensi untuk memperkuat sinergi dan dukungan, dalam upaya Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, bagi sekolah di wilayah kota Depok, Senin (18/7).
Kegiatan yang bertempat di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok ini, dihadiri oleh perwakilan kepala sekolah dari berbagai jenjang pendidikan, mulai dari PAUD, TK, SD, SMP, dan SMA, dari wilayah adminsitratif Kota Depok.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Kepala BBPPMPV Bisnis dan Pariwisata, Sabli, S.H., M.H., menyampaikan salah satu keunggulan dari Kurikulum Merdeka, yaitu Lebih Sederhana dan Mendalam.
Ia menjelaskan, “Melalui Kurikulum Merdeka, pengajaran dapat fokus pada materi yang esensial dan pengembangan kompetensi peserta didik pada fasenya. Sehingga, belajar menjadi lebih mendalam, bermakna, tidak terburu-buru, dan menyenangkan”.
Selain itu, Ia juga mengungkapkan beberapa keunggulan lainnya, yaitu Lebih Merdeka, dimana peserta didik diberikan kebebasan untuk memilih pembelajaran sesuai minat, bakat, dan aspirasinya. Disisi lain, guru juga dapat mengajar sesuai tahap capaian dan perkembangan peserta didik. Sedangkan bagi sekolah, keunggulan Kurikulum Merdeka yaitu sekolah memiliki wewenang untuk mengembangkan dan mengelola kurikulum dan pembelajaran, sesuai dengan karakteristik satuan pendidikan dan peserta didik.

Kepala BBPPMPV Bispar juga menyampaikan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka dianggap Lebih Relevan dan Interaktif. Ia menjelaskan “Pembelajaran melalui kegiatan proyek dapat memberikan kesempatan lebih luas kepada peserta didik, untuk secara aktif mengeksplorasi isu-isu actual, misalnya isu lingkungan, kesehatan, dan lainnya untuk mendukung pengembangan karakter dan kompetensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila.
Keunggulan lain dari Kurikulum Merdeka yaitu adanya Platform Merdeka Mengajar yang dapat membantu guru dalam mendapatkan referensi, inspirasi, dan pemahaman, untuk menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. serta didukung dengan Platform Merdeka Mengajar.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok, H. Wijayanto, A.Pi., M.Si., menyampaikan dukungannya terhadap program Kemendikbudristek dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Ia juga terus mendorong satuan pendidikan di wilayah binaannya, agar mendaftar, mengikuti, dan mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka.
“Kami telah melakukan banyak hal terkait dukungan terhadap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Kami telah melakukan sosialisasi, workshop, pembinaan, dan pendampingan, bagi sekolah yang akan menerapkan impelementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Kami juga mendorong agar guru dapat memaksimalkan penggunaan Plattform Merdeka Mengajar, serta memberdayakan dan mengaktifkan komunitas belajar” ujar Wijayanto.

Kepala Sekolah TK Nasional Alamanda Desiana, menyambut baik implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolahnya. Ia menyampaikan bahwa, sebenarnya Kurikulum Merdeka secara tidak langsung sudah diimplementasikan dalam jenjang PAUD atau TK sejak lama, dimana salah satu cirinya yaitu orientasi pembelajaraan berbasis proyek yang diaplikasikan melalui aktifitas belajar di lapangan.
Dukungan terhadap Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka juga disampaikan oleh Wakakur SMP Karya Bangsa, Siska Febri Sonia, S.Pd. Ia mengungkapkan “Salah satu hal yang menarik dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka adalah tentang penguatan project Pelajar Pancasila, dimana hal tersebut sangat sesuai dengan Visi Misi di sekolah kami, yaitu cerdas, berbudaya, berakhlak mulia dan berprestasi”.
