Merdeka Belajar Episode Kesembilan Belas Hadirkan Rapor Pendidikan Indonesia

Jakarta, 1 April 2022 — Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Mendikbudristek) Nadiem Anwar Makarim hari ini meluncurkan Rapor Pendidikan Indonesia sebagai terobosan Merdeka Belajar Episode ke-19. Rapor Pendidikan Indonesia ini merupakan langkah tindak lanjut dari Asesmen Nasional (AN) yang diluncurkan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudistek) sebagai Merdeka Belajar Episode Pertama.

“Asesmen Nasional telah menjadi sistem evaluasi pendidikan mutakhir yang berfokus pada kompetensi literasi, numerasi, karakter, dan kondisi lingkungan belajar yang mendukung proses pembelajaran yang efektif,” kata Mendikbudristek dalam peluncuran Merdeka Belajar Episode ke-19 yang juga ditayangkan melalui kanal YouTube Kemendikbud RI, Jumat (1/4).

Penerapan AN sejalan dengan prinsip Kemendikbudristek, yaitu mengakselerasi transformasi pendidikan Indonesia, terutama dalam hal evaluasi pendidikan. Dijelaskan Mendikbudristek bahwa penekanan dalam penerapan AN adalah evaluasi yang berorientasi pada mutu, sistem dan pengumpulan informasi yang terintegrasi, serta mendorong refleksi dan perbaikan, bukan sekadar hasil akhir.

“Sekarang kami menghadirkan platform Rapor Pendidikan yang berisi laporan hasil Asesmen Nasional secara komprehensif dan analisis lintas sektor yang holistik untuk masing-masing satuan pendidikan dan daerah,” imbuhnya.

Rapor Pendidikan sebagai sebuah platform, mengintegrasikan berbagai data pendidikan untuk membantu satuan pendidikan dan dinas pendidikan mengidentifikasi capaian dan akar masalah, melakukan refleksi, dan kemudian merancang strategi pembenahan berbasis data.

“Fungsi dari Rapor Pendidikan adalah sebagai bahan refleksi dan identifikasi persoalan bagi masing-masing satuan pendidikan dan dinas pendidikan, untuk menyusun rencana perbaikan secara lebih tepat dan berbasis data,” jelas Menteri Nadiem.

Menteri Nadiem pada peluncuran Merdeka Belajar Episode ke-19 juga mengajak para pemangku kepentingan untuk segera menjadikan Rapor Pendidikan sebagai landasan bagi semua untuk melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan di satuan pendidikan masing-masing.

“Mari kita gunakan Rapor Pendidikan untuk mengidentifikasi akar permasalahan di masing-masing satuan pendidikan dan daerah, merefleksikan hasil Rapor Pendidikan berbasis data, dan bersama-sama kita benahi dunia pendidikan Indonesia secara menyeluruh. Dengan Rapor Pendidikan, mari kita bersama-sama mewujudkan Merdeka Belajar,” pungkas Mendikbudristek.
