Teken Nota Kesepahaman dengan Polban, BBPPMPV Bispar Kembangkan Riset Pendidikan Vokasi

Medio 16 Maret 2023 lalu, Kepala BBPPMPV Bisnis dan Pariwisata (Bpk. Sabli, SH.MH.) menandatangani Nota Kesepahaman dengan Direktur Politeknik Negeri Bandung (Bpk. Marwansyah, SE.,M.Sc.Phd.). Penandatanganan dilakukan kedua belah pihak  diselenggarakan di Kampus Politeknik Negeri Bandung (POLBAN).  Bagi Bispar, MOU ini menandai ikhtiar BBPPMPV Bispar dalam rangka memaksimalkan tugas fungsi dalam melaksanakan pengembangan dan penjaminan mutu pendidikan vokasi yang termaktub dalam pasal 11 bab III Permendikbud 26 tahun 2020 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Kemendikbud. Begitupun dengan Polban, kolaborasi ini sangat pas sekali dengan tugas dan fungsi sebagai perguruan tinggi vokasi (PTV) yang berada satu atap di bawah naungan Ditjen Pendidikan Vokasi yang menandakan bahwa antara Polban dan BBPPMPV Bispar memiliki kesamaan visi yaitu memajukan pendidikan vokasi di Indonesia.  Beberapa butir kesepakatan yang dilahirkan antara lain penelitian/riset bersama tentang pendidikan vokasi, penulisan dan publikasi ilimiah, penerbitan paten sampai dengan hilirisasi hasil riset.

Nota kesepahaman dengan Polban ini selaras dengan arahan Dirjen Pendidikan Vokasi  Ibu Dr. Kiki Yuliati yang menekankan pentingnya  Kolaborasi dan komunikasi sebagai kunci untuk memajukan pendidikan vokasi di masa depan. Arahan tersebut disampaikan beberapa waktu lalu pada Rakor Refleksi Implementasi Program 2022 dan Strategi Implementasi Program tahun 2023 Ditjen Pendidikan Vokasi di Malang – Jawa Timur sebagaimana dikutip  dari laman vokasi.kemdikbud.go.id.

Lebih lanjut kolaborasi yang terjadi antara Polban dan Balai Besar Bispar ini menemukan relevansinya dengan arahan Mendikbudristek RI yang akrab dengan sapaan Mas Menteri (Bpk. Nadim Anwar Makarim) yang disampaikan dalam dalam gelaran Unite for Education (UFE) Sustainability Forum ke – 12, The future of Vocational Education and Inclusivity di Jakarta 7 Maret 2023 lalu, sebagaimana dikutip dari laman kemdikbud.go.id,  Mas Menteri menyatakan bahwa kolaborasi antara satuan pendidikan vokasi dan industri serta berbagai stakeholder lainnya tidak hanya berdampak pada penguatan lembaga pendidikan vokasi, tetapi juga aksesibilitas dan inklusivitas pendidikan vokasi, di mana untuk mencapai itu mas Menteri melalui Ditjen Diksi menelurkan program matching fund yang pendanaan kolaborasinya meningkat dari tahun ke tahun ( 65 M pada 2021 dan 133 M pada 2022).  “Mari kita menjalin kolaborasi baru, menguatkan gotong royong yang sudah berlangsung, dan menggerakkan semangat bersama untuk mewujudkan merdeka belajar, pungkas beliau”.  

Senada dengan Mas Menteri,  Kepala BBPPMPV Bispar Bapak Sabli, SH.MH.,  mengungkapkan bahwa kita akan mendorong  riset kolaborasi ini demi terciptanya budaya meneliti  dalam rangka memaksimalkan fungsi pengembangan dan penjaminan mutu pendidikan vokasi khususnya bidang Bisnis dan Pariwisata. Ke depan, Riset akan menjadi salah satu tolok ukur dalam rangka tugas fungsi penjaminan mutu pendidikan vokasi. Tentunya ini tidak bisa dilakukan sendirian,  menggandeng perguruan tinggi vokasi (PTV) seperti Polban menjadi sebuah keharusan. Berharap kolaborasi ini menjadi jalan terbaik dalam rangka  meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan vokasi kita.

Lebih lanjut Kepala Bagian TU Bpk. Nana Halim, SE.,MM.  menyampaikan bahwa kolaborasi ini sesuai dengan pasal 11 huruf “f” tentang fungsi BBPPMPV  pada Permendikbud 26 tahun 2020 , yaitu pelaksanaan kerja sama di bidang pengembangan penjaminan mutu pendidikan vokasi.

Semoga dengan kolaborasi ini makin menguatkan pendidikan Vokasi sehingga makin menguatkan Indonesia.
