Pemanggilan Peserta Program Upskilling Reskilling Tahun 2023 Gelombang 1

Dalam rangka Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), Balai Besar Pengembangan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Vokasi (BBPPMPV) Bisnis dan Pariwisata, Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Vokasi Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi akan menyelenggarakan Program Upskilling dan Reskilling berstandar Industri bagi Guru SMK Bidang Bisnis dan Pariwisata Tahun 2023, periode tanggal 27 Maret s.d. 27 Juni 2023.

Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut kami mohon Bapak/Ibu Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi berkenan memberikan izin, sekaligus menugaskan Guru-Guru (daftar nama terlampir) untuk mengikuti Program tersebut. Adapun dengan tahapan kegiatan sebagai berikut :

Setelah menerima surat undangan ini, calon peserta wajib melakukan komfirmasi kehadiran paling lambat pada hari Selasa, 21 Maret 2023 pukul 12.00 WIB melalui Narahubung (Daftar nama terlampir). Panitia akan melakukan penggantian peserta bagi yang belum melakukan konfirmasi kehadiran. Peserta diwajibkan mengunggah berkas di Simpedik BBPPMPV Bispar:

  1. Kartu Tanda Penduduk/KTP (PDF) dan di bawa saat mengikuti Diklat tahap II
  2. Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak/NPWP (PDF) dan di bawa saat mengikuti Diklat tahap II
  3. Surat Tugas yang ditandatangani Kepala Sekolah/Pejabat dari Dinas Pendidikan setempat Kab/Provinsi (PDF) – Surat Tugas Asli dibawa saat mengikuti Diklat tahap II
  4. Pakta Integritas Mengikuti Program Upskilling dan Reskilling – Pakta Integritas Asli dibawa saat mengikuti Diklat tahap II : https://s.id/PaktaIntegritasUpRe2023
  5. Surat Keterangan Sehat dari dokter Klinik/Puskesmas/Rumah Sakit – (PDF) – SuratKeterangan Asli dibawa saat mengikuti Diklat tahap II. Seluruh biaya selama mengikuti kegiatan dibebankan kepada DIPA BBPPMPV Bisnis dan Pariwisata tahun 2023.
