Berdasarkan Permendikbud tersebut, PPPPTK Bisnis dan Pariwisata (Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Bisnis dan Pariwisata) yang semula berada di bawah naungan Ditjen GTK, beralih menjadi BBPPMPV Bisnis dan Pariwisata yang berkedudukan di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Vokasi.
